What happens when I tap Design your tent?
Our 3D designer opens with your size already set. Upload your logo or type your words, add walls and sandbags, and see your price as you go. Your design saves on your device, and you can email yourself a link to finish it later.
How hard is it to set up?
Pull the frame open from the middle, put the printed canopy on top and fasten it to the frame, then raise the legs. They telescope from about 10 ft 4½ in to 11 ft 3 in at the top. Packing up is the same in reverse; it all goes in the wheeled bag.
Can I buy just the canopy?
Yes. A replacement 10 × 15 ft canopy printed with your design is $689. Pick Canopy only. It’s made for the frame that comes with our tent (40 mm six-sided aluminum); another brand’s frame may be a different size, so it may not fit.
Can I set it up on pavement?
Yes. Stakes are for grass and dirt; on pavement add sandbags ($59.99 for 4). Fill them with sand (not included), up to 50 lb each, one on each leg.
Will the colors match my screen?
Fabric isn’t a screen. Our printing puts the ink into the fabric, so colors look a little softer than on a bright monitor. Gold and silver print flat, not metallic.
Why does it cost more than some custom tents?
Mostly the frame and the fabric. Ours is a 40 mm six-sided aluminum frame that won’t rust, with a 6 oz 600-denier canopy, and it comes with a rolling carry bag. Many low-priced tents use thinner steel frames and lighter fabric. Compare tents with the same frame and fabric.
